Table-top lectern in bronze and gilded brass, in the form of a Romanesque arch, finely engraved with a religious wedding scene dated 9 May 1894, set within an enamelled frame adorned with garlands of flowers and featuring the monogram ‘HM’ in a cartouche at the centre of the lower crossbar. 37 x 22 cm. Some damage to the enamelled decoration on the right-hand pilaster; some verdigris on the patina on the reverse; in good overall condition
