PARIS, 1809–1818. 950‰ silver jug with engraved decoration of foliage scrolls and friezes featuring coats of arms on the body; handle in exotic wood. Made by Léonard CHATENET (1807–1818). Second rooster hallmark, first fineness, crafted in Paris between 1809 and 1819. 17 x 30 cm. Weight: 697g3. Handle split; spout slightly misshapen at the tip, with slight bulges on the body and at the base.
