The volumes *"THE ARMY MUSEUM – ANCIENT WEAPONS & ARMOUR and THE MOST PRECIOUS HISTORICAL MEMORABILIA"*, the first volume published under the direction of General NIOX in Paris, Hôtel des Invalides, 1917, and the second volume published under the direction of General MARIAUX in Paris, Hôtel des Invalides, 1927. Unbound, presented in cardboard sleeves. 38 x 28.5 cm. Beautiful volumes featuring numerous photographic plates depicting some of the most precious historical weapons from the Army Museum. The first volume bears the inscription: "To Brigadier Missoten, who contributed to Volume II of Weapons and Armour of the Army Museum – with warmest regards – Colonel Fol Fayard (?) followed by several signatures, including General Niox" (Good condition).
