Copper-plated bronze medal, hallmarks ‘cornucopia’ and ‘BRONZE’ on the edge.
Obverse featuring the busts of Nicholas II and Alexandra, with the inscriptions ‘NICOLAS II’ "ALEXANDRA", the reverse bearing the coats of arms of Russia and the French Republic with the inscription "THEIR MAJESTIES THE EMPEROR AND EMPRESS OF RUSSIA VISIT THE PARIS MINT 7 OCTOBER 1896".
