A small gold gala chain bearing two miniature medals, including:
- Order of Charles III, founded on 19 September 1771 by King Charles III in commemoration of the birth of the Infante of Spain (hence its second title, ‘Order of the Conception’), this Order was restored by King Ferdinand VII after the fall of Napoleon.
Gold and enamel star.
