United States, 20th century. Replica of a Colt 1860 Army-type revolver, for black powder shooting, manufactured in Italy by "A. UBERTI & C. GARDONEY. T. ITALY". Calibre 44 PN. 6-shot. Serial number 82066. All metal parts with a chrome finish. Round rifled barrel with marking on the top "A. UBERTI & C. GARDONEY. T. ITALY". The left side of the frame is marked “MODEL. 1860 ARMY CAL. 44” and the barrel “BLACK POWDER ONLY - MADE IN ITALY”. Smooth-bore cylinder decorated with scenes of naval combat. French proof marks “PN” beneath a crown. Complete. Functional single-action mechanism with two distinct cocking notches and no play. The inside of the barrel is clean with good rifling. 35 cm (barrel 20.5 cm). (Very good condition). Weapon classified in category “D” under Decree No. 2023-557 of 3 July 2023; unrestricted acquisition and possession.
