Borghild ARNESEN (1872–1950). Patinated bronze footed bowl. The silver-plated metal dish is decorated with a repoussé and chiselled design of an octopus. A bronze tortoise in the round is placed on the rim. Monogrammed on the handle and dated 1904. H: 15 – W: 25 cm. Some loss of silver plating. Provenance: Former DEMELETTE collection.
