Set of two folding fans (19th and early 20th centuries), comprising: An evening fan with a finely openwork and gilded bone frame, the tulle panel embellished with metallic sequins in a foliage motif (16 ribs, in good overall condition, in a case by E. Buissot of Paris); and a fan with an openwork, studded wooden frame, the double-sided lithographed paper panel featuring a market scene and a romantic scene, monogrammed PF (18 ribs, in very fair condition with significant tears and losses).
