Émile GALLÉ (1846-1904)
Bottle and original stopper with a slightly squared ovoid body and small tubular neck on a recessed pedestal. Proof in grooved amber glass with orange and brown and orange flecks and inclusions of gilded metal oxide leaves for the body of the vase, violet glass pedestal and stopper in violet glass with brown flecks and inclusions of gilded metal oxides. Decorated with four wheel-ground flowers on a partially hammered background with small facets and a grooved neck on the body of the vase and a wheel-ground flower on the stopper (small chip on the stopper and on the reverse of the stopper).
Signed in the decoration.
