In-4, soft Revorim binding, plain, unmarked spine in taupe box, author and title embossed on the cover, brown suede lining, with slipcase and case, covers and spine preserved (Jean de Gonet Revorim, Antonio P-N workshop, 1987). First edition, published clandestinely by Albert Skira in a non-commercial print run of 410 copies. A very fine, unnumbered copy on Lana vellum, in a binding by Jean de Gonet Artefacts.
