Square quarto in folio format, with a cream-coloured cover (a few pinholes), publisher’s slipcase and dust jacket. 25 etchings by Mario Avati, including 10 full-page plates, executed in the mezzotint technique. A print run of 220 copies on large Rives vellum; no. 180, enriched with duplicate pp. 75–78, 5 greeting cards featuring original engravings signed by Mr Avati to Mrs Dominique Barbier, an invitation card to an exhibition, and various cards and documents by the artist.
