Large quarto in folio format, printed cover with gilded edges, in the publisher’s slipcase containing, at the end, two CDs of a recording of the opera by the Concentus Musicus Wien conducted by Nikolaus Harnoncourt (Dermont-Duval workshop). Original colour lithographs by J.-P. Chambas. Printed in an edition of 210 copies on Rives vellum; No. 91 of the 180 reserved for members, in this case for Mrs Dominique Barbier, enriched with 8 menus illustrated by J.-P.
