Large quarto in folio format, padded cover printed in red, with slipcase and case. 25 engravings by Tavy Notton, including: 11 plates outside the text, including the frontispiece; 8 double-page compositions framing the text with floral motifs or various scenes; and 6 further compositions within the text. Printed in an edition of 150 copies; no. 29 of 25 on Arches vellum, comprising: an ORIGINAL DRAWING, a suite with annotations on Arches vellum and a silk print of two single plates, and here further enhanced by an E.A.S. from the artist to Mr Bonmartin.
