(c. 1840–1860), paperback, without cover, comprising [28] folios, housed in a reused early 18th-century binding in havana morocco, with a decorated ribbed spine, title label (“Menu nécessit.”) in red morocco, double frame of double gilt lines with fleurs-de-lis in the spandrels on the covers, gilt medallion with laurel wreath on the covers bearing the gilt title on the front cover “Menues nécessite 1706” and a superlibris in gilt letters at the bottom of the front cover ("Hermie Procureur"), a gilt fleur-de-lis within the medallion on the second cover. Caps torn off, corners blunt, scuffed and with skin loss. H: 37 x W: 2 x D: 25 cm
