Engravings by Tavy NOTTON. Paris, Lefèbvre, 1948. In-8. Limited edition of 500 copies, one of 450 on Marais vellum. ½ red morocco with corner pieces, title and author’s name in gold on a ribbed spine, publisher’s cover preserved, gilt headband. - BEAUMARCHAIS (Pierre Augustin CARON de): Vol. I: The Barber of Seville. Green morocco leather signed CHAMBOLLE DURU, decorated ribbed spine, gilt roulette and triple gilt fillets framing the covers, double gilt fillet on the edges, gilt interior edging, gilt headband.
