Thomas MORE, *The Idea of a Happy Republic, or Utopia*. Translated by Gueudeville. Amsterdam, L’Honoré, 1730. In 12mo, full morocco, late 18th century, with a decorated ribbed spine. Triple fillet on the covers, fleur-de-lis finials at the corners and on the spine. Gilt edges. Illustrated with a frontispiece, a title vignette, a coat of arms and 16 plates attributed to Bleyswick. A very complete copy featuring the illustration of the ‘Virile Display’, which is sometimes missing (the only one signed by Bleyswick).
