MUSIC BOX. BINDING: The Office of Holy Week, in Latin and French. Paris: published by Jean-Baptiste Garnier, 1752, 8vo, red morocco, plain spine with decoration, lace edging the covers, coat of arms in the centre (contemporary binding). Music box set within a hollowed-out binding bearing the coat of arms of Marie-Joseph of Saxony. Binding slightly tarnished, corners worn or restored. The music is wound up using a brass disc fixed to the lower cover. A very rare curiosity.
