LAMOUR (Jean). A collection of works of metalwork which Stanislas the Benevolent, King of Poland, Duke of Lorraine and Bar, had erected in the Royal Square in Nancy to the glory of Louis the Beloved. Designed and executed by Jean Lamour, his court metalworker, with a treatise on the art of metalwork and several other designs of his own invention. On sale in Nancy, from the author, (1768), folio, brown half-percale (19th-century binding).
