BOURGEOIS (C.). A Picturesque Journey to the Grande-Chartreuse, followed by a few views taken in the vicinity of this monastery. Paris: Delpech, (1821), folio, loose sheets in a printed cover. An exceptional, complete copy featuring all 20 lithographs. The first is in colour only; 14 are in two states (black and colour) and 5 are in black. The copy is enhanced by two black-and-white lithographs, also by Bourgeois, unnumbered and dated 1818, which are not part of this collection. The colour plates have narrower margins.
