NODIER (Charles) – TAYLOR (James): Picturesque and Romantic Journeys through Ancient France, Franche-Comté. Paris, Jules Didot, 1825. Large folio, (1)-222 pp. + 148 plates, including the frontispiece, numbered 1 to 148, 12 plates bearing bis numbers and 20 fine end-leaf plates. Most of the lithographs were printed on China paper mounted on protective serpentine paper (very slight marginal foxing). Modern half-chagrin binding, smooth spine decorated with blind-stamped design.
