PHILIP II, King of Castile, 1588: Handwritten letters patent issued by Philip, by the Grace of God, King of Castile, of Aragon, , Duke of Burgundy, Count of Artois and Burgundy, etc. To all to whom these letters may come, Greetings. By which he appoints his dear and beloved Loys de Ver as captain and castellan of his castle and town of Nauzeroy (Nozeroy), following the death of Gérard de Montrichard. Brussels, 3 March 1588.
