A plan for the conquest of the County of Burgundy and its execution, all contained in letters from the King, His Highness the Prince of Condé, M. de Louvoy and certain private individuals who had occasion to write whilst carrying out the said plan. MANUSCRIPT dated 1668. In-4°, 299 pp. Modern half-calf, smooth spine with decoration (Boichot). This rare manuscript is a collection of letters from Condé and Louvoy relating chiefly to the preparations for the conquest of Franche-Comté in 1668. This copy comes from the Truchis de Varennes library, catalogued under no. 374.
