Title-frontispiece engraved by Boutats after Goeree, 18 plates each containing 6 subjects drawn and copper-engraved by Jan van Vianen, vignettes in the text and culs-de-lampe. HANDSOME DUTCH BINDING IN GILT-STAMPED VELLUM WITH THE EMBLEM OF THE CITY OF MAESTRICHT IN THE CENTRE OF THE BOARDS. Engraved bookplate Nordkirchen. From the library of Charles Van der Elst.
