Dictorum factorumque memorabilium exempla. Paris, Robert Estienne, 1544 [at the end]: 7 January 1545. In-8, limp vellum overlay, double gilt fillet, foliate medallion with numeral in centre, smooth spine decorated with the same numeral repeated, gilt edges (Binding of the period).
Beautifully printed edition in italics of this collection of anecdotes taken from ancient historians (Renouard, p. 65, no. 18).
A very pure copy, preserved in contemporary gilt vellum with the unidentified figure of its first owner.
