The treatise Testamentum beati Hieronymi is the compilation by Eusebius of Cremona, a disciple of Saint Jerome who died in 423, generally known as Transitus S. Hieronymi. Hieronymi. Philippus de Lavagnia was one of the very first printers in Milan, where the first known work is dated 1471.
