In-4, (6) ff, 46 pp, (1) f. ruled, 4 full-page figs engraved by Jean Couvay (3) and François de Poilly (1) after Jacques Stella, lacking the portrait of Charlotte-Marguerite de Montmorency, princess of Condé and 3 figs. contemporary fawn marbled calf, cupboards in centre, spine ribbed, mute, headbands restrained, upper hinge partly cracked, some spotting. BRUNET V, 1382. First edition dedicated to Charlotte-Marguerite de Montmorency, princess of Condé. Poem about this famous pilgrimage site in the Soisson region. The engravings depict various episodes in the adventure of three Crusader knights imprisoned in Cairo and their deliverance, as well as the conversion of the young Moorish girl Ismérie through the intercession of the miraculous image of the Virgin. With the arms of Lefèvre de Caumartin (1653-1720) Intendant des Finances and Conseiller d'Etat (OHR 651 fer n°2). He left a remarkable library in terms of both the choice of works and the beauty of the bindings.
