Bertrand Hardouin de Saint-Jacques, known as Guillot-Gorju, was a French doctor and actor born in Paris on 31 August 1600 and died in Paris, rue Montorgueil, on 5 July 1648. Admitted to the Hôtel de Bourgogne in 1634, he played burlesque doctors and apothecaries. He succeeded Gros-Guillaume in 1635. In 1642, he left the theatre to return to the practice of medicine.
