MÉRIMÉE (Prosper). *Colomba*. Paris: A. and F. Ferroud, 1913. In-8, black Jansenist morocco, ribbed spine, gilt title, gilt lines inside and on the edges, gilt head, untrimmed (H. Blanchetière). An illustrated edition featuring 31 etchings by Gaston Vuillier, engraved by Omer Bouchery. One of 60 numbered copies on Japanese paper, with three states of the plates, including the pure etching (no. 64). “A sought-after edition, valued for its large-format paper,” says Carteret, *Trésor*, vol.
