Two boxes attributed to the Foullon or César Bagard workshop, 17th–18th century made of fruitwood or St Lucia wood, rectangular in shape, decorated on all sides with foliage, vine tendrils and garlands of leaves; the lids adorned with baskets of flowers, one resting on loaf-shaped feet. H: 8.5 – W: 17.5 – D: 11 cm H: 7 – W: 20.5 – D: 15.5 cm Signs of wear, damage, restoration; hinges added at a later date, as the lids were originally simply placed on top
