Worn 750‰ yellow gold pocket watch, round case (45mm), smooth lugs, case back marked ‘BP’, white enamelled dial with a distressed finish, Roman numerals for the hours, Arabic numerals at five-minute intervals and a railway-track minute scale, small seconds at 6 o’clock, manual-winding mechanical movement, 750‰ yellow gold movement case.
Horse’s Head hallmark, Départements, 1838–1919 (Besançon variant).
