A large circular brooch in 750‰ yellow gold, adorned with fine pearls, likely in a button shape, featuring a rich openwork setting decorated with foliage motifs and Greek friezes, highlighted by bands of black enamel and set with old-cut diamonds. Removable pin in 750‰ yellow gold. Features a detachable mechanism for versatile styling and suspension rings for wearing as a pendant.
