A brooch-pendant medallion in 800‰ silver and 750‰ rose gold, richly decorated with floral and ribbon motifs, centred on a miniature set in mother-of-pearl depicting two putti in a lakeside landscape, the whole embellished with imitation white, green and pink stones.
