A large, irregularly shaped seal pendant in 750‰ yellow gold, featuring filigree decoration and acanthus leaves holding a tilting carnelian stone engraved in intaglio with a heraldic shield surmounted by an elephant’s head and a snake, and surmounting a scroll bearing the Latin motto ‘EX MALO BONUM’, meaning ‘Good can come from evil’.
