PERY & Fils, 1970s A hinged bracelet in 750‰ yellow gold, comprising domed circular links punctuated with randomly arranged dot motifs, alternating with oblong links set with angel skin coral cabochons. Clip clasp with safety catch. Made in France, featuring the diamond-shaped hallmark of the PERY & Fils workshop. Length: 17 cm. Width: 1.6 cm. Gross weight: 37 g. Founded in the 1920s, the PERY & Fils workshop held a pivotal position in the world of French jewellery throughout the 20th century. A major player, inextricably linked to Van Cleef & Arpels – having been involved in a vast number of their jewellery creations – the PERY & Fils workshop worked for numerous Parisian houses such as Cartier, Chaumet, Fred, Lacloche, Mauboussin and Mellerio. In the 1960s and 1970s, the workshop stood out for the originality of its designs, combining meticulous textures with decorative gemstones, of which our bracelet is a fine example.
