PATEK PHILIPPE & Co Circa 1950/1960 A rare ladies’ wristwatch, known as a “secret” watch, in 18-carat yellow gold (750). - Square-shaped case, integrated into a wide band-style bracelet. It features a hinged “secret” cover that perfectly echoes the guilloché and braided pattern of the bracelet, allowing the dial to be concealed. Original fluted winding crown at 3 o’clock, centred on the Calatrava cross. - Matt silver-toned dial. Applied baton-style hour markers and Arabic numerals (12 and 6) in gold. Gold baton-style hands. Signed "Patek Philippe Genève" and marked "Swiss" at 6 o’clock. - Hand-wound mechanical movement. Bridges decorated with Côtes de Genève. Signed "Patek Philippe & Co - Geneve - Swiss". Movement number engraved on the bridge: 999630. - Flexible 18k yellow gold bracelet with polished and satin-finished links imitating a textured woven fabric. Ratchet clasp with a gold safety chain. Case dimensions: 15 x 15 mm Gross weight: 66.7 g Condition: In good overall condition. Movement is clean, showing no major signs of oxidation. One raised link on the bracelet is to be noted. Slight traces of oxidation on the dial. A routine service is recommended; the watch was in working order at the time of valuation.
