LIP GENEVE Men’s or women’s square-shaped wristwatch in 18K yellow gold (750 fineness). Circa 1960–1970 - Silver-toned brushed dial with black Roman numeral hour markers. Date window at 6 o’clock. ‘Swiss Made’ inscription at the bottom of the dial. Blackened steel baton-style hands. - Square yellow gold case with bevelled edges on the case back. Screw-down case back, engraved with a stylised coat of arms of the city of Besançon, overlying the inscriptions "Lip Genève" and the serial number 37550. - Manual-winding mechanical movement. - Black crocodile-style leather strap, gold-plated pin buckle. Dimensions: 28 x 28 mm (excluding lugs and crown) Gross weight: 41.2 g Condition: Good overall condition, slight signs of wear on the case and caseback. Very clean dial. The watch was running at the time of appraisal; a service is recommended. Sold as is, with its original box, without papers.
