CARTIER Must de Cartier – ‘Tank Vermeil’ model ‘Tank Vermeil’ ladies’ wristwatch - Case in 925 sterling silver plated with 20 microns of yellow gold, with a case back secured by four side screws, bearing the inscription “Ford France” engraved in cursive script and the following dedication at the bottom: “to Gilles Gagnier / 25 years old / 1983”. - Light grey and black lacquered dial, signed “Must de Cartier”, gold railway-style minute track, Roman numerals at the cardinal points. Gold hands. Fluted winding crown set with a blue cabochon. - Cartier-signed quartz movement. The plexiglass appears to have been fitted as an aftermarket part. - Black leather strap fitted as an aftermarket part with a metal pin buckle. Dimensions: 31 x 24 cm Serial numbers: 6 81006 / 15873 Condition: Significant wear to the gold plating on the edges of the lugs; superficial micro-scratches on the plexiglass (replaced).
