Description
Robert Thibier (1926–2001), interior designer and publisher. Special commission, circa 1980. Small desk lamp, with a cobblestone-shaped body, made of wood veneered with stainless steel sheets, decorated with gilded steel rods forming a framing motif. Excluding lampshade: 25 x 15 x 7.5 cm. With lampshade: 40 x 33 cm. Lamp created for the interior design of a Parisian flat in the 14th arrondissement in 1981, a former artist’s studio converted into a duplex.
