Watch from the late 1940s, ref. R4790, with a flat round case in 18-carat rose gold (750 thousandths), horn lugs and a clipped case back (signed, numbered and hallmarked). Copper-coloured dial with railway-track minute track and seconds sub-dial at 6 o’clock. Applied hour markers and Arabic numerals, with lance-shaped hands. Leather strap with a metal pin buckle.
