Gold quarter-repeating verge watch on bell, signed Lépine in Paris circa 1765/1770. Enamel dial with Roman numerals for the hours and Arabic numerals for the minutes, mismatched hands. Movement signed on the back plate with chased and openworked gilt metal cock, striking on bell. Very fine chased gold case, bezel set with jargon, back decorated with a medallion representing a woman's bust and topped with a crown.
