A silver stewing spoon of the filet coquille design, the spatula engraved with a coat of arms stamped with a marquis's crown flanked by two lions. Master silversmith: probably Julien Berthe, master in 1722. Paris, 1735-1736 (Worn and scratched.) Gross weight: 181.5 g. The coat of arms appears to be that of the family of Adhémar Monteil de Brunier. Expert : SC Emeric & Stephen PORTIER
