Description
Louis XVI-style silver sugar bowl in first-grade silver (950°/°°), decorated with a scroll motif of acanthus leaves, friezes of piastres and medallions held in place by ribbon bows within laurel leaf borders. The lid is grooved and surmounted by a handle imitating strawberries. The interior is lined with blue glass. French work from the late 19th century. Length: 20.5 cm Weight: 361 g.
