A first-grade (950°/°°) silver sugar bowl in the shape of a Medici vase, resting on a square base supported by spherical feet. The body is partially openwork, featuring a motif of a couple before an altar of faith. The handles are finished with lion’s heads. The domed lid is surmounted by a handle in the form of a split seed. The interior is of cut white glass.
