A Louis XVI-style centrepiece in sterling silver (950°/°°) resting on four goat’s-foot legs adorned with acanthus leaves. The openwork border features a frieze of pearls, ribbon-like bands and laurel leaves. In the centre, a medallion engraved with ‘V.F.’. The side handles feature scrollwork and acanthus leaves. The interior is fitted with blue glass.
