Description
A Louis XVI-style box in first-grade vermeil silver (950°/°°) with an openwork decoration of channels, acanthus leaves and friezes of laurel branches. The lid is decorated with ribboned fillets and channels, whilst the handle, in the form of laurel leaves, is held in place by a ribbon bow. The interior is lined with blue glass (with damage to one corner). Silversmith working as a subcontractor for the Boin-Taburet firm. Length: 12.5 cm Gross weight: 680 g
