A set of silver cutlery in the double-fillet style, comprising:
A spatula monogrammed ‘DT’. Silversmith Jean Louis Legrand, admitted to the guild in 1781. Paris, 1787–1788.
A spatula monogrammed ‘GH’ within a cartouche. Master silversmith: Claude Auguste Aubry, admitted to the guild in 1758. Paris, 1784–1785. A set of seven spoons is included, one of which bears a coat of arms of alliance beneath a marquis’s crown. Parisian work from the second half of the 18th century by various master silversmiths, including Nicolas-Martin Langlois and Jacques Anthiaume.
