A 950°° solid silver cutlery set, monogrammed beneath a count’s crown, comprising 144 pieces as follows: 18 large solid silver table cutlery sets comprising forks and spoons (4145 g), 18 large silver table knives with steel blades (1840 g), 18 dessert cutlery sets in vermeil, comprising forks and spoons (2203 g), 18 dessert knives in vermeil, with steel blades engraved ‘Odiot’ (921 g), 18 vermeil fruit knives, with vermeil blades hallmarked and engraved ‘Odiot’ (1012 g), 18 vermeil coffee spoons (591 g). The set is hallmarked ‘Minerve’ first standard 950°° Silversmith: Jean-Baptiste-Claude Odiot, admitted to the guild in 1785 in Paris, 1809–1819; each piece bears the silversmith’s hallmark.Net weight of the solid silver pieces: 6 939 grGross weight of the set: 10 712 gr
