MONTBLANC Patron of Art Collection “Homage to Napoléon Bonaparte” Fountain pen in blue lacquer with black stripes and adorned with golden bees, resin. Numbered 3490/4810. Piston-fill system. Pen barrel in 18K (750) gold. Size F nib in 18K (750) gold, dated 2021. Unscrewable cap and clip set with a synthetic red stone. Comes with its original presentation box and cardboard slipcase, along with a care guide to which a warranty certificate dated 4 March 2024 is attached. This pen highlights the Emperor’s role in the development of the ‘Empire’ style, steeped in Neoclassicism. It is directly inspired by the colours and motifs of the Throne Room at the Château de Fontainebleau.
