Description
Otto PRUTSCHER (1880-1949), Austria. Rare suite of 6 Art Nouveau two-tone cut crystal liqueur glasses with chequered stems. Made by Meyr's Neffe for E. Bakalowits Söhne in Vienna. Circa 1907. Height 14 cm. A very small chip on the lip of one, and small chips on the chequered legs.
Several museums, including the Birmingham Museum of Art, have similar examples.
