Violin-shaped wall clock with console, in brown tortoiseshell veneer inlaid with brass foliage garlands; the door is marqueté with foliage motifs in the upper section. The dial, comprising thirteen enamelled pieces, is signed ‘ROBINOT A PARIS’. Ornamentation in chiselled and gilded bronze in the Rocaille style. Marked by Balthazar LIEUTAUD (admitted as a master in 1749).
